Bio

David Moulton, Cellist, received Bachelors and Masters degrees with distinction in cello performance from the University of Michigan. He has served as Associate Principal Cellist in the Honolulu Symphony Orchestra, and Principal Cellist with the Aspen Chamber Symphony, and has performed at the Colorado, Aspen, and Spoleto Italy Music Festivals. He has also been a member of the Toledo, Ohio, Symphony, and Symphony Nova Scotia in Halifax. Currently Mr Moulton is a member of the Opera Company of Philadelphia Orchestra, and for 20 years was the Principal Cellist of the Allentown Symphony.  Mr Moulton’s  chamber music activities have included the Lukens Piano Trio, the period instrument ensemble Bethlehem Baroque,  and the mixed strings and winds group Satori. He has served as a faculty member at Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Lafayette College, Easton, and Moravian College, Bethlehem.
